Agreement

By using BrowserTurbo ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

BrowserTurbo is a browser-based workout creator and player for indoor cycling trainers. It requires a Chromium-based browser (Chrome, Edge, Opera) with Web Bluetooth support. It is not compatible with Safari, Firefox, or iOS/iPadOS devices.

Accounts

You may use BrowserTurbo without an account for a limited guest trial. Creating an account enables additional free usage, cloud sync, Strava integration, and Pro features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Pro subscription

  • Pro is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Settings menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until the end of their billing cycle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Abuse the AI workout generation feature (e.g. automated bulk requests)
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the Service

Your content

Workouts you create belong to you. By using the sharing feature, you grant BrowserTurbo a licence to store and display the shared workout structure so others can import it. You can delete shared workouts at any time.

Health disclaimer

BrowserTurbo is a training tool, not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise programme. You use the Service and connect to training equipment at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, equipment damage, or health issues arising from use of the Service.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrowserTurbo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice of any changes that materially affect the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings menu, which removes all your data from our systems and cancels any active subscription.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
